Marrowpan is a complete medium formulated for the short-term in vitro culture of bone marrow cells, hematopoietic cells and leukemic blood cells. Based on α-MEM and supplemented with fetal bovine serum, L-glutamine, antibiotics, hormones and growth factors, it supports the expansion of myeloid and lymphoid cell populations and provides optimal conditions for applications such as karyotyping and FISH. It is compatible with hematopoietic mitogens and is designed to deliver high and reproducible metaphase quality, independent of batch variations.
